NEW YEAR 2012 SALSA — Many people try to do something fun and go to clubs on New Year's eve. There are so many dull and boring activities out there, such as the drop of the ball in New York, boring shows on TV, or going to lame events or clubs where people just sit around, sip on a few drinks, take a few bites, and count backwards from 10 at midnight. 

Uh...Boring!

But for those of us who love Salsa dancing and can dance efficiently (yes, that plays a role in having fun with Salsa), we have something that almost nobody out there understands. We want to tell the world about it and why they should all come dance with us, but many will be the ones who will still spend the night all bored and maybe be in bed by 10 PM, in the worst cases.  

Our way of welcoming the New Year can be very fun and exciting! We have the grand opportunity to actually dance, laugh, meet new friends, feast on Latin musical flavors all night long, enjoy Live music in some cases, and celebrate in ways that are unique, festive, and truly joyous. 

This New Year's eve, we will be welcoming the 2012 year, which is very meaningful ni a lot of ways to people around the world. With so much economic turmoil everywhere, a lot of people have suffered over the past 4 years since the economic collapse of 2007-2008. And in the new year, we wish and pray that all things will get better and we will live a better life, encounter better endeavors, and become more prosperous. 

We also are awaiting the end of the world under the Mayan calendar, which should happen on December 21, 2012, but that's another story for another day. 

All in all, let's go out and have fun, rejoice, celebrate, share our love for music and dancing and just laugh, laugh a lot! May 2012 bring all of you out there who love salsa, the best of luck and may all your dreams come true.
