Zanzibar Nightclub has always been well-known for its Monday night salsa, the classes that are taught by World Salsa Champion, Cristian Oviedo, their charismatic DJ Charlie, and all the beautiful people who come to dance at this venue. Wokcano Cafe is the newest of the venues where Salsa is hot in Santa Monica, CA, and its known for its Tuesday night salsa. The vibe is very unique in a venue that's known for its asian-fusion cuisine. The dancing happens in the open air in a lounge setup that Wokcano uses on other nights for hip hop and pop music nights.
